Data analysis

Start-UP

Contents

Data analyzes are an important tool to support your story with data based on facts.

Various data, med. Studies and cost studies are combined to clear Cost Models.

These cost models not only help users, they also convince controllers and buyers.

The cost models allow sales to find and convince new contacts. In the medium term, as part of market access, it will be possible to collect data for an application for additional remuneration; The InEK can check the data via its calculation houses.

Cost models allow your Sales-team to sell the product in a new way on health-economic background.

Market access strategy

Start-UP

Contents

The market access strategy comes after the location analysis and fills in the open points. If important strategy points or stakeholders are missing, progress is often not possible.

The market access strategy the path and the timeline. Many of the projects can be implemented in the short term, but there are also projects that are medium and long-term and require time.

Particularly in the case of cost studies for additional compensation (ZE), 1-3 years (depending on the number of cases) may be necessary to generate the data.

To bridge the time, you can, for example, use individual applications or try to establish other strategies.
