^{Story & Pioneers}
The first thing we started with was analyzing the story and the pioneers. We also looked at the studies, checked the indications and asked about acceptance.

The story showed quickly and well that by suctioning out bleeding in the skull, convalescence and shortening (or avoiding) the length of stay in the intensive care unit brought significant therapeutic benefits. Pioneers still had to be looked for, as it was important to search in the calculation houses in order to use the calculation data later. Studies were limited and RCTs were in progress. Acceptance in purchasing was low and the price was above the gold standard.

The specialist society had to be informed. Patient recruitment was not possible. We didn't want to start a NUB application for the time being.}
